Treat Symptoms of TMD and TMJ Disorder?

TMJ Treatment Options

TMD, or Temporomandibular joint disorder, is a condition that can cause people to experience chronic pain and discomfort in the jaw area and is commonly caused by grinding teeth.  If you are suffering from TMD, jaw popping, teeth grinding or TMJ pain, we offer night guards and Botox® treatment options.

Night Guards

If you grind or clench your teeth in your sleep, we will fit you for a mouthguard for sleeping. The night guard is worn over your teeth and prevents them from coming into contact with each other. It can reduce soreness, pain and tension in your jaw area.

Botox® Therapy for TMJ Pain

Botox® injections can be used to relieve TMJ pain. This works by relaxing the muscles in the jaw and reducing tension and pain. Contact us to find out if this treatment is right for you.

Botox® injections are not a permanent solution and must be repeated regularly for lasting relief.
